* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...North Central Mora County in northeastern New Mexico...
* WHEN...Until 345 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 146 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.75 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Coyote Creek State Park, Guadalupita and El Turquillo. - Heavy runoff from the 2022 Hermit's Peak/Calf Canyon burn scar is likely to impact areas along Canada de Carro Rd. and Highway 434 near El Turquillo. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
