* Flash Flood Warning for... Northern Beauregard Parish in southwestern Louisiana... Southwestern Vernon Parish in west central Louisiana... Northeastern Newton County in southeastern Texas...

* Until 415 PM CDT.

* At 1210 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain in DeRidder. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.
