* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northwest, and west central Minnesota, including the following counties, in central Minnesota, Wadena. In north central Minnesota, Hubbard. In northwest Minnesota, Becker. In west central Minnesota, Otter Tail.

* WHEN...Until 815 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 215 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Park Rapids, Menahga, New York Mills, Bluffton, Osage, Wolf Lake, Hillview, Midway and Butler.
