A strong thunderstorm will move from west to east across Judith Basin County between 425 PM and 530 PM.

Expect wind gusts around 50 mph and occasional lightning strikes as the storm moves through. Rainfall will be light, generally less than 0.05 inches.

Reminder, lightning can strike up to 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Thus if you see lightning or hear thunder, try to go inside until the storm passes.
