The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for... Southwestern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona...

* Until 945 PM MST.

* At 645 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.8 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Mainly rural areas of Southwestern Cochise County.

This includes the following highways... Route 90 between mile markers 329 and 336. Route 80 between mile markers 325 and 335.

This includes the following Flash Flood Prone Locations... Davis Rd between HWY 80 & HWY 191.
