For the Pascagoula River...including Merrill...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Pascagoula at Merrill.

* WHEN...Until late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...At 23.5 feet, water is under homes in Plum Bluff Estates. Streets of Merrill flood. At 24.0 feet, streets of Merrill will become flooded. At 24 feet the bridge becomes inaccessible by vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 24.2 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:15 AM CDT Wednesday was 24.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 24.2 feet this afternoon.
