* IMPACTS...At 15.4 feet, Antioch Road is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 3.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 15.3 feet Saturday morning.
