* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong east to southeast winds and elevated seas are possible Saturday through Saturday night as a strong gradient develops along an advancing warm front and weak area of low pressure.
