For the following areas... Waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach out 60 NM... Waters from Edisto Beach SC to Savannah GA extending from 20 to 60 NM...
At 1033 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line from over Joe Shuford Reef to 12 NM north of R7 Tower, moving east at 15 knots. These storm have a history of producing wind gusts in excess of 34 kt.
HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
