* IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1055 AM EDT, Flooding is ongoing with several roads reported closed. Doppler radar and area rain gauges indicate between 1.75 and 2 inches of rain have fell earlier this morning. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
