At 728 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain moving repeatedly across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3.0 inches of rain have fallen since 4 AM. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected in the warned area between 7:30 and 9 AM. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
