* WHAT...For the Heat Advisory, heat index values up to 93 expected. For the Lake Wind Advisory, northeast winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph expected.

* WHERE...Central and Southeast Phillips, Central and Southern Valley, Garfield, McCone, and Petroleum Counties.

* WHEN...For the first Heat Advisory and second Heat Advisory, until 2 AM MDT Wednesday. For the Lake Wind Advisory, from 10 AM Tuesday to noon MDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft. Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses.
