IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol Tn, Bristol Va, Rogersville, Sneedville, Jonesborough, Surgoinsville, Colonial Heights, Gray, Spurgeon, Oak Grove, Midway, Walnut Hill, Church Hill, Mount Carmel, Bluff City, Watauga, Baileyton and Bays Mountain Park.
