* WHERE...In central Mississippi, Attala and Choctaw. In east central Mississippi, Clarke, Kemper, Lauderdale, Noxubee and Winston. In north central Mississippi, Carroll, Grenada, Montgomery and Webster. In northeast Mississippi, Clay, Lowndes and Oktibbeha.

* WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rain associated with Isaias will spread across the watch area tonight through Saturday.
