* IMPACTS...Flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 915 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Corsicana, Athens, Chandler, Malakoff, Kerens, Frankston, Brownsboro, Berryville, Trinidad, Enchanted Oaks, Caney City, Navarro, Coon Creek Lake, Forest Grove Reservoir, Trinidad Lake, Cedar Creek Reservoir and Richland-Chambers Reservoir.
