* WHERE...A portion of southwest Virginia, including the following counties, Bland and Wythe.

* WHEN...Until 130 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1016 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Peak Creek, East Fork Stony Fork, Mill Creek, Hunting Camp Creek, Laurel Run, Mudlick Branch, Helveys Mill Creek, Little Walker Creek, Crab Orchard Creek, Laurel Creek, Cove Creek and Kimberling Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
