At 320 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms near Garlandville, or 10 miles south of Newton, moving southeast at 5 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include... Meridian, Newton, Quitman, Stonewall, Hickory, Enterprise, Shubuta, Chunky, Louin, De Soto, Pachuta, Montrose, Crandall, Paulding, Goodwater, Rose Hill, Savoy, Orange, Snell, and Stafford Springs.
