* WHEN...From 8 AM to 5 PM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Strong winds will also create wind chills as low as 10 to 20 degrees on mountain tops
