* WHERE...Southern Washoe County in western Nevada...

* WHEN...Until 600 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Rock, mud, debris flows on recently burned slopes. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 258 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in Bug and Stallion Fires. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
