At 634 PM EDT, The Berkeley County 911 Center has reported multiple roads closed with vehicles stranded, especially around Martinsburg. The heaviest rain has ended, but additional runoff will continue to cause flash flooding.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.

SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Martinsburg and Arden.
