White River near Nora down to Spencer.

.The White River continues in minor flood from Nora down into Knox County with the crest approaching Spencer through Wednesday afternoon. Moderate flood levels are expected at Spencer late tonight into Thursday morning...with otherwise minor flood levels. Flooding will end at Nora this evening...and at Ravenswood late tonight...with flooding continuing at Spencer through at least Saturday.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...White River at Spencer.

* WHEN...Until late Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Hyden Road, Fifth Avenue, and west side of Cooper Street in southern Spencer begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:30 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 19.4 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 6:30 PM EDT Tuesday was 19.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.5 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
