* WHERE...A portion of east Tennessee, including the following counties, Anderson, Blount, Knox, Loudon and Roane.

* WHEN...Until 215 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 117 PM EDT, the public reported flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
