South Fork Licking River near Hebron.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...South Fork Licking River near Hebron.

* WHEN...Until Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Water spills onto sections of Mill Dam Road. Backwater creek flooding from the South Fork of the Licking River also occurs in the Greenbriar Estates Mobile Home Park, with water beginning to surround some homes along Greenbriar Lane East but not entering the main levels.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:15 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 11.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.0 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
