* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 8 to 11 feet.

* WHERE...Tinian and Saipan Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Moderate to strong westerlies prevail across the Marianas as another resurgence in the monsoon builds over the northern CNMI, likely to maintain moderate to strong winds through the middle of next week over Tinian and Saipan waters. Combined seas of 8 to 11 feet are expected to continue through much of the coming week, remaining hazardous to small craft through at least Thursday afternoon as the southern edge of the monsoon surge persists overhead. So, the Small Craft Advisory was extended for Tinian and Saipan waters through 5 PM ChST Thursday.
