IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Whetstone, Huachuca City and Fairbank.
This includes the following highways... Route 90 between mile markers 309 and 313. Route 82 between mile markers 52 and 61.
