At 940 AM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Vandenberg Space Force Base to 14 miles southwest of Point Conception. Movement was northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. There is also a small chance for a brief, weak tornado.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
