* WHERE...In Arkansas, Southern Crawford, Central and Southern Franklin, and North and Central Sebastian Counties. In Oklahoma, Central and Southern Sequoyah, Muskogee, Okmulgee, Haskell, McIntosh, and Northern Le Flore Counties.
* WHEN...For the Extreme Heat Warning Sunday, until 8 PM CDT this evening. For the Heat Advisory Monday, from noon to 8 PM CDT.
