The areas affected include... Chesapeake Bay from Pooles Island to Sandy Point MD... Chesapeake Bay north of Pooles Island MD... Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor...

At 1237 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 19 nm northwest of Middle River to 18 nm north of Key Bridge, moving east at 30 knots. Some storms may develop ahead of this line however.

Strong thunderstorms will be near... Gunpowder River around 110 PM EDT. Hart Miller Island, Fort Smallwood State Park, and North Point State Park around 120 PM EDT. Pooles Island, Sevenfoot Knoll, Spesutie Island, Worton Point, Aberdeen Proving Ground, and Havre De Grace around 125 PM EDT.
