* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 540 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated most of the thunderstorm activity had ended or moved out of the warned area. However, flooding is still either ongoing or expected. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
