* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and waves 3 to 6 feet. For the Gale Warning, north winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and waves 3 to 6 feet expected.
* WHERE...New York Harbor, including Raritan Bay and Sandy Hook Bay.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM EDT Friday. For the Gale Warning, from 2 PM Friday to 8 PM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
