* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1240 AM CDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing. Between 2 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Coffeyville, Caney, Dearing, Tyro, Havana and Niotaze.
