* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A cluster of thunderstorms producing very heavy rain is approaching the area from southeast Ohio and northern West Virginia. These thunderstorms have been producing rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches per hour.
