Locations impacted include... Marion, Hartford City, Gas City, Upland, Fairmount, Jonesboro, Sweetser, Swayzee, La Fontaine, Van Buren, Matthews, Sims, Converse, Warren, Fowlerton, Shamrock Lakes, Mcnatts, Landess, Liberty Center, and Mount Zion.
