* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Kansas, including the following county, Cherokee.

* WHEN...Until 400 AM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 333 AM CDT, The Department of Transportation reported flooding from previous heavy rain in the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
