...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Indiana...Illinois...

Wabash River at Montezuma.

Wabash River at Covington.

Wabash River at Vincennes.

.On the Wabash River...moderate flooding will continue at Montezuma and Terre Haute through tonight...with otherwise widespread minor flooding from Lafayette to Vincennes. Flooding is forecast to end on the Wabash at Lafayette tonight. The main crest will be slowly crossing Terre Haute through Saturday. Flooding will begin at Vincennes tonight...with the main crest forecast to arrive Tuesday night.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Wabash River at Hutsonville Legacy Power Plant Site.

* WHEN...Until Saturday, August 29.

* IMPACTS...At 22.9 feet, Extensive backwater flooding of Hutson Creek affecting residential property on the south side of Hutsonville. Flood waters near the intersection of N. Main and E. Mechanic St on the northeast side of Hutsonville. RVs and campers located along the river just south of Hutsonville moved to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - There is no current observed data. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.2 feet early Sunday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Saturday, August 29. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
