* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Alabama, southwest Georgia, and the Florida Panhandle.
* WHEN...Through late Friday night.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall are expected from today through Friday. Rainfall amounts of 3 to 6 inches are expected with locally higher amounts likely. Reasonable high- end totals of 7 to 10 inches are possible. High rainfall rates will increase the chance of dangerous to life threatening flash flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
