* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following county, Val Verde.
* WHEN...Until 1015 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. River or stream flows are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 624 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Comstock, Juno, Loma Alta, Seminole Canyon State Park, Shumla, Bakers Crossing, Devils River State Nat Area Del Norte, Devils River State Nat Area Big Satan, Pafford Crossing, Vinegarone and Devils Shores. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
