* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning to a crest of 31.4 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
