* WHERE...Puget Sound and Hood Canal.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 10 AM this morning to 11 PM PST this evening. For the Gale Watch, from Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
