At 951 AM CDT, The heaviest rainfall has ended for at least a few hours. Radar and rain gauges estimate two day totals of 4 to 6 inches across the warned area. Spotters have already reported flash flooding in the area and the water will likely be slow to recede.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
