* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas and over Secret Pass burn scar. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 251 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
