* IMPACTS...At 4.0 feet, Minor marshland flooding occurs. Flooding also begins on River Road in north Lake Charles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:59 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 3.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 4.0 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday evening. - Flood stage is 4.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
