* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, south winds 15 to 25 kt and seas 11 to 12 ft. For the Gale Warning, northeast winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 12 to 15 ft expected.
* WHERE...Dixon Entrance to Cape Decision from 15 to 90 NM.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until noon AKST Saturday. For the Gale Warning, from noon to 6 PM AKST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
