* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Walnut River at Winfield.

* WHEN...Until Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, West 14th Avenue near the fairgrounds, floods from the river on eastward to the levee.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 23.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 28.3 feet early Sunday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Monday morning. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
