At 517 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Ontario to near Emmett. Movement was north at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Areas of blowing dust possible.
Strong thunderstorms will be near... Ontario, Payette, Emmett, and Fruitland around 520 PM MDT. French Corner around 530 PM MDT. Weiser, Annex, and Paddock Valley Reservoir around 540 PM MDT. Bear Creek Summit and Presley Bridge around 550 PM MDT.
