* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Iowa, including the following counties, Allamakee, Chickasaw, Fayette, Floyd, Howard, Mitchell and Winneshiek, southeast Minnesota, including the following counties, Dodge, Fillmore, Houston, Mower, Olmsted, Wabasha and Winona, and Wisconsin, including the following counties, Adams, Buffalo, Jackson, Juneau, La Crosse, Monroe, Trempealeau and Vernon.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread rain has developed across the region today and will continue into the day Saturday. The heaviest rainfall will occur overnight Friday night.
