* Special Marine Warning for... Coastal waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL out 20 NM... Coastal waters from St. Augustine to Flagler Beach FL out 20 NM... Waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 530 PM EDT.

* At 427 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from 11 nm east of Jacksonville Beach to near Guana River State Park, moving southeast at 15 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to 40 knots, and small hail.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include... Dorothy Louise Barge, Nine Mile Reef, Saint Augustine, Saint Augustine Beach, Crescent Beach, Butler Beach, Vilano Beach, Marineland, South Ponte Vedra Beach, Guana River State Park, Palm Valley, and Palm Coast.
