* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, from 4 AM to 10 PM AKDT Saturday. For the Gale Warning, from 10 PM Saturday to 10 PM AKDT Sunday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 10 PM Sunday to 1 AM AKDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
