* WHERE...Cape Decision to Cape Edgecumbe out to 15 NM.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 10 AM AKDT Saturday. For the Gale Warning, from 10 AM to 6 PM AKDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
