* At 1246 AM MST /146 AM MDT/, upstream river gauges in Utah indicated a Flash Flood wave moving down the Paria River and into Arizona. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of areas in and around the Paria River.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Lees Ferry.
